We spent the last two nights in La Conner with twelve other American Tugs. Fun group of people, some we knew, a lot we didn’t. It was a good mix of people new to boating, some new to AT, and a few that have boated for decades. We lucked out with weather!

Before that we spent a night at the Islander in Fisherman Bay. A few changes in Lopez Village: Vortex is closing and El Taco ‘Bout It is moving in. Setsunai moved in with The Galley. Expansion and improvement work at the park in town. No more distillery in the old Weeks garage. New shop next to Paper Scissors.

We bought a small cooler and some ice in Friday Harbor and have been making do. Good thing the freezer is still operational. Had to throw out some food though. We’re headed back to Skyline now so we can meet the fridge technician tomorrow.
