We spent a couple of wonderful days in Friday Harbor, visiting with Nick’s sister Kit and enjoying the pleasant and turning-toward-fall weather. We were lucky enough to snag a spot on the reciprocal dock.
Also, a lot of boat chores. After a week either on a buoy or at anchor, some things needed to wait for a dock.
After helping neighboring boaters get their power cord plugged in, Nick was handed a small bag of freshly caught & vacuum sealed Dungeness crab. Not as good as catching it ourselves but better than none!
We spotted this brand new, never-been-used all electric propulsion pumpout boat at the Port of Friday Harbor. Poo Seidon will be taking the place of the soon-to-be-retired Pumpty Dumpty.

Saturday we had a fun video call with our oldest grandson, Mac, who was camping with his family on his 7th birthday.
We are home now and will stick around until our Willamette Valley Wine Weekend and crabbing RV trip in October.
